焦作最有名的延陵大蔥 修武縣延陵大蔥，是以修武縣王屯鄉的薛延陵、賈延陵、張延陵、郜延陵、王延陵、夏延陵、祝延陵、蘆延陵、李延陵等九個自然村為主要產地。大蔥的特點是脖短、頭大、營養豐富、味道鮮美。最大者，一棵竟有1.8斤重。一刀切下能自動崩開形成花狀。細品其味，生蔥是由甜到香，熟蔥則香、濃、鮮兼而有之，實為調味佳品。銷往國內各地及東南亞各國。
      
    延陵大蔥地理標志產品保護產地范圍為河南省修武縣高村鄉東延陵村、郜延陵村、張延陵村、薛延陵村、王村、東黃村、西黃村、新莊等8個行政村現轄行政區域。

 

Yanling Shallot 

    The most famous Yanling Shallot in Jiaozuo City is mainly cultivated in nine natural villages in Wangtun Village. This kind of shallots is with short stems, big heads and delicious flavor. The biggest shallot heights even as many as 0.95 kilos. Raw ones taste from sweet to fragrant and ripe ones have fresh, fragrant and thick smell, which determine that these shallots are good seasoning. Nowadays, it has been sold to almost everywhere and many countries in Southeastern Asia.
