寧陵金頂謝花酥梨屬白梨和沙梨的自然雜交品種，現(xiàn)種植面積20萬畝。該品種從果實外觀上看，萼洼廣而淺，梗洼附近果點較大，周圍有一片放射狀金黃色銹塊，果實不經(jīng)后熟便酥脆可食，故有“金頂謝花酥梨”之美稱。
      
    據(jù)《寧陵縣志》記載：寧陵金頂謝花酥梨距今已有700多年的栽培歷史。明孝宗年間，寧陵縣薛屯村的金頂謝花酥梨被列為上等皇宮貢品，l958年寧陵縣劉花橋村的金頂謝花酥梨曾敬獻給毛澤東主席。1986年在河南省名優(yōu)特產(chǎn)品評比中被評為河南名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品，1992年在北京首屆中國農(nóng)業(yè)博覽會上被評為優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，1993年獲河南省優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品金獎，1994年在鄭州全國優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展銷會上被評為金獎產(chǎn)品，l995年在北京第二屆中國農(nóng)業(yè)博覽會上被評為銀質(zhì)產(chǎn)品獎，1999年在北京中國國際農(nóng)產(chǎn)品博覽會上榮獲“中國名牌產(chǎn)品”榮譽。
      
    寧陵縣2003年被河南省無公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)地認定委員會認定為無公害酥梨生產(chǎn)基地，2004年寧陵金頂謝花酥梨被農(nóng)業(yè)部認證為國家級無公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，其證號為:WGH-04-07216，2005年被國家質(zhì)檢總局確定為國家地理標志保護產(chǎn)品，2006年被河南省名牌產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略推進委員會評為河南省名牌農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。


 

 Ningling Goldentop Crisp Pears

   
    Ningling crisp pears are natural hybrids of white pears and sand pears. This pear breed has a distinctive appearance: it has wide and shallow calyx depression, big spots nearby terrier depression and a piece of radial golden rust block. They are edible and crisp before getting mature. Thus, it has a praise of Goldentop Crisp Pears.
      
    According to Ningling County Record, the cultivation of this kinf od pears begins more than 700 years ago. In Xiaozong period of Ming Dynasty, they are set as superior tribute. In 1993, they won golden medal of Henan high-quality agricultural product. Furthermore, they won another golden prize in Zhengzhou national high-quality agricultural products expo.
