全早俗中蝎子，也稱“鉗蝎”，屬于節(jié)肢動(dòng)物。尾部末端有毒鉤，能蜇人，躲在夜間活動(dòng)。干燥體供藥用，在重要配方上是一味不可缺少的重要藥物。有壯筋骨、祛風(fēng)、鎮(zhèn)痙、止痛之功效，為治驚風(fēng)抽搐、破作風(fēng)、半身不遂、頭風(fēng)疼痛、風(fēng)濕痛之要藥。全蟲新鄭特產(chǎn)，全國知名。新鄭全蟲成品色微黃，腹內(nèi)純凈無土，與外縣的山蝎（腹中有土背黑）有大區(qū)別。新鄭居民的老土屋、野地土牙縫，都有出產(chǎn)，而以西南具茨山、鄭韓故城產(chǎn)量最豐。



    Xinzheng Scorpion, also called Buthus martensii Karsch, is an arthropoda, whose end of tail has poisonous hook. It is always active and hunts food at night.     Scorpion is a specialty in Xinzheng City which is famous in the whole country. The finished products are in light yellow color, pure and clean in their stomachs, which is the biggest difference with other kinds of scorpions. It is produced in cracks in old buildings or wild lands, while, the most ones are produced in Juci Mountain and Zhenghan Old City.
