鶴壁徐家溝村，位于淇河岸邊。該村養的鴨子，產蛋奇特，雙黃比例較大，蛋黃外又套一層蛋黃，紋理清晰，呈纏絲狀，故名纏絲鴨蛋，歷史上曾為貢品。從外地來的鴨子，在該村飼養一段時間后，產的蛋也變成了雙黃。這種特點，在周圍其他村是沒有的。據有關部門鑒定，該村的鴨子之所以有這種特點，是因為喝了村附近一大泉的水，此泉涌水量每秒1.43立方米，冬季水溫19攝氏度，泉水甘冽，含有多種稀有元素。




    Xujiagou Village is located in Hebi City along the bank of the Qihe River, where duck eggs mostly have two yolks tangling with each other. These unique tangled duck eggs have ever been regarded as tributes. There is an interesting phenomenon that ducks laying one-yolk eggs from other places will also lay double-yolk eggs after fed here. According to experts' research, that's for the reason that they all drink water from a spring which contains multiple rare chemical elements.
