開封縣范村所產的石榴，個大皮薄，粒大味甜，歷史悠久，遠銷國內外，名鐵皮石榴。
      
    范村鐵皮石榴主要產地集中在范村、謝灣、楊崗、瓦屋里、張田等村。范村石榴種類繁多，從皮色分鐵皮石榴、青皮石榴、白皮石榴。鐵皮石榴籽大甘甜，皮較厚，易保存，據說可以保存一年之久。青白皮石榴皮薄籽較小，手指輕輕掐則裂開兩半，味亦甜，籽粒如紅瑪瑙，好看好吃助消化，長時間存放不變質。
