香菇，又稱香蕈、冬菇，是一種生長在木材上的真菌類。由于它味道鮮美，香氣沁人，營養(yǎng)豐富，不但位列草菇、平菇、白蘑菇之上，而且素有“植物皇后”之譽(yù)。香菇是世界第二大食用菌，也是我國特產(chǎn)之一，在民間素有“山珍”之稱。

    Xixia shiitake is a specialty in Xixia County and is a Chinese geographic indication product. It's popular with common people and sells very well in Guangzhou, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and many other places for its high quality, good taste and high flower mushroom rate. Xixia shiitakes are mainly cultivated in 15 villages and towns in Xixia County.
