鄭州市郊區祭城鄉白莊村豆制品廠生產的腐竹，質細肉嫩，味美適口，營養豐富，清潔衛生。目前已行銷全國二十多個省、市、自治區，深受用戶歡迎。
     
    白莊腐竹廠選用上等黃豆作原料，工藝先進，采用機械式蒸汽烘干，塑料袋包裝，每帶凈重一市斤。由于他們在生產與銷售上，講究“質量第一，信譽第一”，幾年來在豆制品行業頗有盛譽。1984年5月，商業部在鄭州市召開的農副產品交流會上，經全國二十多個腐竹廠家評比鑒定，白莊腐竹名列質量第一，訂貨額達到 280噸。
     
    白莊豆制品廠，始建于1980年5月，為滿足市場需要，1982年新建腐竹生產車間1300多平方米，日產量一噸。
