盧氏羊肚菌，又名羊肚蘑、羊素肚。產于河南盧氏。分圓錐羊肚菌、黑脈羊肚菌、尖肚羊肚菌等。羊肚菌，多生于早春林間濕地上，尤以杉楓樹林中較多，菌體高低不一。菌蓋近圓錐形、尖頂形、淺褐色。菌柄多為白色。肉軟滑呈蜂窩狀，紋色較淺，多縱向排列，由橫脈連接，羊肚菌營養豐富，含有較多的蛋白質和維生素，是烹調時獨特的原料之一。由于子實體分幅部和柄部，表面有蜂窩狀的凹陷，很象翻轉的羊肚，因而命名為羊肚菌。


   
    Lushi Toadstool, also called Mushroom Cap or Maigre Sheep Belly, is produced in Lushi County in Henan Province. It always grows in forest wetlands in early spring, especially in Chinese fir maple trees. Toadstools are in different heights with similar pileus of conical, steepled shapes and light brown color, and white stipes. Its sarcocarp is soft, light-colored and looks like honeycombs and diagonal layout. Furthermore, toadstool is full of nutrition which contains more protein and vitamins and is a unique material in cooking.
