厥山蔥，又名“鞭桿蔥”，產于靈寶尹莊鎮jue厥山村一帶，莖長桿粗，桿一般長26厘米以上，最長達40厘米。蔥白質細，蔥香強烈，入口辣中帶甜。厥山蔥不但是鮮美的調味品，而且可入藥治病，效力較其它蔥要好。該蔥曾供應香港市場，受到好評。
