線椒主產于靈寶市尹莊鎮婁下村，已有200多年的歷史。線椒顏色鮮艷，色紅發亮，辣性強，油質大，果肉厚，大小均勻，辣中帶有濃香，除含有豐富的辣椒素、辣紅素外，還含有豐富的蛋白質、脂肪、礦物質等。線椒主要用以佐食調味，果實因小如線，曬干后果皮發軟，在國際市場上被譽為“幽現褰”最高年出口量 30000公斤。



    Straight-chilli is mainly produced in Louxia Village in Lingbao City, which has been cultivated for more than 200 years. Straight-chilli has shiny and red color, strong pungent smell, high oil content, thick sarcocarp and balanced bodies. It contains plentiful nutrition, such as capsaicine, protein, fat, minimal substance and so on. It is mostly used as condiment.
