在商丘市首批非物質文化遺產保護名錄中，有一項是柘城金麥草畫。它是用本地豐富的小麥秸稈通過技術處理后，剪貼拼裝而成的美術作品。近日，記者采訪了金麥草畫畫家張公民。
  
    已從柘城縣文聯主席職位上退下來的張公民是河南省書畫院特聘畫家、商丘市美術家協會副主席，目前專職從事金麥草畫的創作、生產和銷售。據介紹，其實金麥草畫有著很悠久的歷史，它起源于隋唐，興盛于北宋，是豫東地區古老的傳統民間美術工藝。金麥草畫以前多見于民間傳統家具，多是吉祥圖案，貼于木石或其他材質上，華貴典雅，莊重氣派，深受民眾喜愛。
 
    張公民自幼天資聰穎，很有繪畫天賦，從小就受到祖父及父親的熏陶。他于1973年考入了河南大學美術系，畢業后，在從事中國畫藝術創作和擔任領導職務的同時，又醉心于學習、研究和創作金麥草畫藝術。由于張公民有著深厚的繪畫基本功，他所創作的金麥草畫達到了出神入化的藝術境界，并在繼承傳統工藝的基礎上推陳出新，進一步對金麥草畫工藝進行改進。他大膽吸收中國畫、版畫、剪紙、漆畫及油畫等諸多藝術的精髓，使金麥草畫創作達到天趣合一、恰到好處的意境。金麥草畫在畫面風格上，以民間傳統工藝為本，努力追求時代特色；在色彩運用上，以小麥秸稈自然色為主調，點綴少許明快色彩而富于變化，配以紅與黑相間的底紋，使其渾然一體，醒目、大氣。張公民以其獨特的藝術風格和精湛的制作工藝，創作了人物、山水、花鳥、仿名人書畫等多種題材的作品，贏得了國內外藝術界很高的評價，被譽為中華瑰寶、民間一絕、藝術珍品。他的金麥草畫在北京、上海、廣州、香港、臺灣等地很暢銷，并已遠銷美國、英國等地。
  
    2006年12月，張公民的金麥草畫社被命名為“商丘市文化產業示范基地”；2008年6月，張公民還被省知識產權局、省文化廳、省文聯聯合授予“河南知識產權文化大使”榮譽稱號。

    In the terms of picture style, gold wheat straw pictures pursue times characteristics on the foundation of folk traditional making skill; in the terms of color, they set the nature color of wheat straw as dominate hue, ornament some other bright color, accompany with red and black shades and at the same time make sure all kinds of color will appear an integral whole and striking. Zhang Gongmin uses his unique art style and highly making skill to create many pictures in different themes such as figures, landscape, flowers and birds, imitated famous paintings and so on, which all earn artist's high evaluation around the world and are praised as Chinese Treasure.
