鄭州蜜桃是河南省鄭州地區的特產。
鄭州蜜桃分為兩大類,即白桃和黃桃,白桃中較為有名的“五月鮮”、“麥香”、“六月白”、“雞嘴白”、“吊枝白”和以高產而著名的“大久保”等品種。黃桃可分為“橙香”、“露香”、“早熟黃甘桃”等品種。個頭碩大,形態秀美,色澤鮮艷,皮薄肉嫩,果肉細膩,汁甜如蜜。其含糖高達13-18%,果汁中含有葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白質、維生素、胡蘿卜素、鈣、磷、鐵等成份,鮮食、加工皆為上品。鄭州白桃皮白、味濃、肉細、甜略有酸味,汁液較多,香氣濃烈。黃桃從果實外形、風味、色澤、肉質上與白桃相比,均差異很大。白桃屬味甜類,黃桃則屬味甜酸類。
Zhengzhou Nectarines
Zhengzhou nectarine is a specialty in Zhengzhou City, which can be divided into two major kinds: white nectarine and yellow nectarine. They have big bodies, beautiful appearance, bright color, thin pericarp, thick sarcocarp and sweet flavor. They are all superior products no matter being eaten freshly or processed. White nectarines have white-colored skin, strong fragrant smell, sweet and a little sour flavor and much juice, while, white ones have great differences in all these aspects. Besides, the former belongs to sweet class, the latter sweet-sour class.
