關德功燒雞,又稱"關記燒雞",是周口市傳統風味食品。關記燒雞是清代光緒年間,由關德功祖父關洪斌創制的,早在清末民初已譽滿周口、漯河一帶。關記燒雞距今已相傳三代歷時108年。關德功燒雞的制作經驗是注重培養老湯,配料講究,加工精細。關記燒雞造型美觀,色佳味美,美口不膩。不論熱涼只要提著雞腿一抖,即可骨肉分離。以獨特風味令人傾倒,不僅是佐酒助興與節日饋贈之佳品,而且是招待來賓與舉辦婚宴的佳肴,與道口、孔集燒雞齊名,為河南省三大名燒雞之一。關德功燒雞不僅深受周口群眾喜愛,而且還遠銷北京、上海、天津、廣州、安徽、山東等省市,博得顧客好評。1981年被列為河南省風味肉制名產品,1986年被評為河南省優質產品,1988年獲首屆中國食品博覽會銀質獎。

Guandegong Roast Chicken, which is also called Guanji Roast Chicken, is a traditional flavor food in Zhoukou City. It was created by Guan Hongbin, who was the grandfather of Guan Degong, in the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty and it has lasted for 108 years till now. It had enjoyed a good reputation in Zhoukou and Luohe at the ending of Qing Dynasty.

It has earned several prizes till now. For example, in 1981, it was listed into Famous Flavor Products in Henan Province; in 1986, it was named a quality product in Henan; in 1988, it won silver medal in the first Chinese Food Expo.
