1979年，黃泛區(qū)農(nóng)場果品廠開始生產(chǎn)多種花生制品，其中以魚皮花生發(fā)展較快。經(jīng)過幾年來的技術(shù)革新和設(shè)備更新改造，現(xiàn)已形成一套完備的加工生產(chǎn)工藝，特別是經(jīng)過1982—1983年的技術(shù)改造，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)能力均有較大提高，年生產(chǎn)量達300噸。
    
    魚皮花生是以優(yōu)質(zhì)花生米為原料，加添其它輔料，經(jīng)過篩選，轉(zhuǎn)爐烘烤，滾制成形，生產(chǎn)中制定有嚴格的質(zhì)量、技術(shù)和內(nèi)控指標(biāo)。生產(chǎn)工藝、設(shè)備先進。魚皮花生外形逼真，大小均勻。鈣產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)市場后，深受經(jīng)銷部門和消費者的好評，一致反映產(chǎn)品香酥可口，后味醇正，食用方便。1984年榮獲河南省旅游產(chǎn)品優(yōu)秀獎。
