武陟油茶,秦朝稱甘繆膏湯,漢稱膏湯積殼茶,是我國歷史悠久的傳統特產,土貢食品。武陟油茶成名于兩千多年前的秦朝末年。據歷史記載,公元前206年,楚漢相爭時劉邦受傷于武德縣,住在姓呂的家里。呂以膏湯積殼茶食之,三個月后劉邦傷愈。劉邦有詩云:“佳膳出武德兮,膏湯勝宮筵。”劉邦即位后,在長安思食膏湯不得,即召呂某入宮,封為五品油茶大師,封油茶為御膳。
武陟油茶是河南的著名風味小吃,因產于河南武陟縣而得名。它名為茶,實際是粥。它的主料為精粉麥面,做粥之前,要先用油把面炒熟,所以人們稱這種粥為油茶。武陟油茶的原料除精粉麥面以外,還有珍珠淀粉、花生、芝麻、小磨油和懷山藥等,另外還要加入茴香、花椒、肉桂、丁香、枇杷、砂仁、叩仁等24種高級香料。武陟油茶不僅味道濃郁,營養豐富,而且還有健胃提神的功能。
Wuzhi Oil-tea
Wuzhi Oil-tea is a historic traditional specialty, which is called Pasted Soup in Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty. It became famous at as early as the end of the Qin Dynasty over 2000 years ago. According to the documents, in 206 BC, Liu Bang was hurt in Wude County. He lived in the house of Lv, where Lv fed him with this pasted soup. When he recovered, he praised this soup with a poem: a delicious dish comes from Wude, the pasted soup is even better than the dishes in the Imperial Palace. After Liu enthroned, he missed this soup so much that he called in Lv and claimed it as an imperial cuisine.
Wuzhi oil-tea is a famous snack in Henan Province, which is called in this way for its locating in Wuzhi. It is actually a kind of porridge rather than tea, for its main material is flour. But the flour must be fried in the oil so that people call it as oil-tea. Wuzhi oil-tea contains pearl starch, peanut, sesame, sesame oil and Chinese yam besides flour, and combines with as much as 24 superior condiments like fennel, pepper, cinnamon, clove, loquat, fructus amoni, etc. This oil-tea not only has a fragrant flavor but also has rich nutrition and material functions of invigorating the stomach and refreshing spirit.
