老廟牛肉是國家級地方名饈,自明朝末創(chuàng)始以來,其獨(dú)特工藝流傳至今。300年來,素有“豫北之花,中華一絕”之稱。
老廟牛肉軟包裝在傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)秘方基礎(chǔ)上以非疫區(qū)上等牛肉為主料,佐以十八種名貴香料,在陳年老湯中,經(jīng)多道工藝精制而成。產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生,質(zhì)量達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且將取得國家ISO9000質(zhì)量認(rèn)證。曾先后獲得九一、九二年河南省星火科技優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目獎。九二年第四屆國際踩傘,跳傘錦標(biāo)賽產(chǎn)品評比一等獎。九四年榮獲河南省地名金獎及河南省農(nóng)村科技博覽會金獎,同年榮獲晉、冀、魯、豫四省優(yōu)質(zhì)名牌金獎。95年北京國際精品展覽會即經(jīng)貿(mào)洽談會金獎。國家政協(xié)副主席楊靜仁為老廟牛肉題詞“面向市場,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)”。中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)楊成武、王首道、馬文瑞分別為老廟牛肉題過詞。
Laomiao Beef
Laomiao Beef is a national local delicacy, which was created at the end of Ming Dynasty for about 300 years. It is always praised as: a flower in the northern of Henan as well as a unique of china.
The flexible package ones depend on high-quality beef and other as many as 18 kinds of expensive spice. It is made according to secret recipe and high quality standards. In 1994, it owed a gold medal in Henan Rural Technology Expo and gold high-quality and famous-brand product medal.
